**Asterisk denotes death involving a police officer or a member of the military serving in that capacity.

ACAPULCO, GUERRERO*

The body of municipal police officer Wenceslao Ramírez Lozano was found in the trunk of his car, and his head was on the curb on a street corner near a hotel.  His partner was also kidnapped and has not been found (and may never be).

YURÉCUARO, MICHOACÁN

The military and gunmen engaged in a chase and shootout.  This resulted in the arrest of one man, and 5 bad guys dead.  An innocent woman walking nearby was also killed.  Authorities seized 5 assault rifles AK-47 in caliber 7.62, two AR-15 .223 caliber, two pistols, a 9 millimeter and a .45, and a 9 mm submachine gun, 19 magazines for the first of the rifles in question and 10 for the second.
Also confiscated seven magazines for .45 pistol, one for .38 super and two 9 mm.

CHILPANCINGO, GUERRERO

Seven male bodies were found on a main boulevard, tied to a telephone pole “as if they were dogs.”  The ropes were tie to their feet, and to the pole.  All showed signs of torture and bullet wounds, with some naked.  Narco messages were left on cards.

VALLECILLO, NUEVO LEÓN**

A narco camp was located near here shortly after the murder of two Federal Police Officers who were ambushed while driving.  To others were wounded by shrapnel and are now out of danger.  About 40 gunmen escaped in armored vehicles from the camp, using grenades and rockets to escape.  Authorities seized seven cars of latest model, reported as stolen, radio equipment, camouflage clothing which had stickers with the legend MARINA (Marine), drug packages, and metal punch used to steal vehicles, and cartridges.

CIUDAD ALTAMIRANO, GUERRERO

The dismembered body of a man about 18 yrs. old was left near a main roundabout.  With it was a narco message addressed to President Calderon and the state Governor Angel Aguirre Rivero.  The message asserted that the Governor’s Secretary of Public Safety has a brother in a US prison on drug charges, and that the Secretary is providing protection.  It demands he be fired, or warns the Governor that the next dead will be familiar to him personally.

VERACRUZ, VERACRUZ

Authorities announced that they arrested 20 cartel members involved in the recent killing and dumping of the bodies.  The last posted M3 Report told of the discovery of 32 bodies found in 3 houses. Eight of the suspects belong to the New Generation Jalisco cartel, better known as Los-Matazetas. In addition, 12 other suspects are in the Los Zetas Cartel, all related to the discovery of 36 bodies Thursday in Veracruz.  Seized were three vehicles, five rifles, six handguns, 48 magazines, nearly 2 000 cartridges of different calibers, as well as computing and communications equipment.

MEXICO CITY, DISTRITO FEDERAL**

At about 8am Saturday, a man and woman were executed.  A wounded witness was later located hiding between buildings.  He reported seeing the dead man drop his gun, and was then gunned down when he tried to run.  It has not yet been officially confirmed that the two were Federal Agents.

VERACRUZ, VERACRUZ

Another 10 people have been executed, now making the total 81 for 15 days.  This even with the massive military and police presence and operations.

  1. norm9do Says:

The dates of these occurances are sometimes pointless as they are just about a daily occurance within Mexico, wait one day and it will almost be a rerun of yesterday or the day before or last month.
Resoulitions to some of the events will never happen as the perbs are unknowns except perhaps beloning to one cartel or another. Alos this effectively counters this administrations and DHS claims that the border is secure and violence is down and a pathway to citizenship should be granted to the continueing masses that illegally cross the borders and not even mentioning the VERY real threat of of drugs that cross our southers borders also…..

  2. twindart@msn.com Says:

No reasoning American wants the drug cartels, the border
wars, or the lack of stability which comes along with both.
This hurts everyone, not the least, those who are hired by
    citizens to defend them.

Undated reports and occurances do not foster support. When the reports only focus on the event, and no dates, and no follow up on any resolution, they are seriously out
of date, and not to be believed as current reality. Please
clean this up, and continue reporting!
