CIUDAD JUAREZ, CHIHUAHUA*
The executions continue here, as a police lieutenant from the Babícora Station was shot and killed shortly after finishing his shift.
TLALNEPANTLA, STATE OF MEXICO
Three young men were found executed inside a BMW parked on the street. One was in the trunk and the others in the back seat. All appeared to have been tortured.
ACAPULCO, GUERRERO
Three young men were executed on Sunday, and a fourth was seriously wounded by assassins. investigators counted 42 shell casings from an AK 47 rifle. As the morgue was ready to move the bodies, the families came and instead took the bodies to their homes.
COATZACOALCOS, VERACRUZ
On Monday, five banners with a message to the Mexican Senate appeared here in various locations. The message accuses the Marines of making 150 innocent people disappear, and being of service to El Chapo Guzman (Sinaloa). It says they do not want the same to happen to them. It’s signed ‘Desperate Society’.
SAN BERNABÉ, NUEVO LEÓN
At about 10 pm Monday night, a group of gunmen attacked a state police station here, using rifles and grenades. A civilian couple walking nearby were wounded and hospitalized. Additional police and military responded to the area, as further violence was threatened.
MONTERREY, NUEVO LEÓN
Monday night, a municipal police unit came under attack in the heart of the city. Both officers were wounded, and hospitalized
ACAPULCO, GUERRERO
Four men were shot while driving on one of the busier streets, killing two instantly. The other two were wounded and hospitalized.
ACAPULCO, GUERRERO
Gunmen shot and killed five men in a vehicle, and then left two more beheaded men at the scene. The vehicle was set on fire by the gunmen and burned completely.
TAMAULIPAS
During the day Tuesday, there was violence in several locales, causing residents to take shelter in their homes and businesses to close for safety. There were shootouts in Matamoros, San Francisco, and Ciudad Victoria which included narcoblockades and grenades being used. In Reynosa, grenades went off outside Disco Dubai, and in two other colonies. In Rio Bravo, a grenade was thrown in front of the downtown movie theater, Azteca. Another went off across the street from the state Attorney General’s office.
MONTERREY, NUEVO LEÓN
Tuesday afternoon, a state police officer who was on vacation was executed while driving his car. Authorities captured two men who participated in the crime.
SAN ISIDRO, GUERRERO (along highway from Acapulco)
Authorities received a call of an abandoned vehicle on the highway. on checking it, they found two men in the trunk, both showing signs of torture and then executed.
