Mexico winning cartel war

(In preparing the M3 Report, large amounts of news and other items are reviewed. The learned author of this article is correct regarding the generalized street crime/ lawlessness, resulting from the cartel war. Until Mexico definitively works at eliminating corruption within it’s govnment, at all levels, there will continue to be lawlessness bred from the cartel activities.)
