PROPOSAL FOR COMPREHENSIVE IMMIGRATION
ENFORCEMENT AND REFORM

*************************************************

Milenio  (Mexico)  5/1/20111

April Most Violent Month in Past Six Years

April was Mexico’s most violent month in the past six years with 1402 executions/deaths.  The next closest month was August of 2010 with 1322 deaths.  Of the April victims, 24% were found in mass graves.  In the municipality of San Fernando, Tamaulipas, 185 bodies were found, with another 102 found in Durango (Note: increased now to 108 since this story came out). Since 2007, there have been 9812 bodies found in 209 narco graves.  During 2007, 38 dead were found in 14 graves, while so far this year 450 bodies have been found in 62 graves, an increase of 1184%.

The piece went on to list the numbers for individual states in Mexico. (Note: The following security forces (law enforcement) numbers for April are disturbing, mainly due to the increased numbers killed and also the greater brutality evident as part of the killings.  A number of officers were found dismembered or decapitated, others were burned or mutilated.  This fact is not in this report, but gleaned by us from the media reviewed daily for these reports.)  The security forces suffered 73 casualties in April, of which 34 were municipal police officers, 21 state police, 13 belonged to the federal police and five were military soldiers (while performing law enforcement action against criminal activity). Women who died due to organized crime amounted to 63, while 23 children were also killed and four were executed. (As in many cultures, the Mexican culture venerates women, which is why news reports so often identify gender).

La Hora  (Guatemala)  5/2/2011

Another bus driver attacked and shot four times, but survived

In the same area, the dismembered body of a woman was found with a message saying it was a gift for the bus company and then continuing with threats against the owners and employees of the company.  The Guatemalan President, Alvaro Colom, has issued instructions for security forces to intensify anti-terrorist activity.  The government randomly tested condoms imported from China and Korea.  At least 97, 800 condoms had holes and another 4 million are being checked closely as they came from the same companies.
Lastly, a poll by the paper asks; ‘With bin Laden dead, do you think the world will be a safer place?’  Responses showed 6.11% said Yes, while 93.89% said No.

(Narco corridos are drug trafficking ballads especially popular in Mexican states where drug trafficking has been a way of life for many generations.  The ballads often will speak of a particular group’s rivals, and thus they do lead to violence.  A short time ago, several items posted in M3 reported attacks while bands performed, and several singers and a TV personality have been slain.)

Another thing that need to be addressed is the way of killing that changed in Mexico over the years. This is Islam/Muslim teaching and they are training and converting the Mexico people a lot of them and using them to their benifits. We know it is not going to end> It is already spilling into the USA and building their army as we know. Obama agenda!!
