Clowns Arrest Suspected Thieves

(Monterrey, Nuevo León)  Two crime prevention officers, coming from a school presentation, arrested a couple suspected of robbery.  The officers normally give presentations to schools and colleges on drugs,
gangs and other crimes.  The officers saw the couple with a bag and acting suspiciously, and on questioning, they gave conflicting answers.  Police believe they had not fled due to their car being
inoperative.  This is a first arrest of the year by the ‘clowns’.

Organizations Repudiate Violence; Taxi Driver to Bury Last Child

The Director of FADS (family & Friends against Crime & Kidnapping) describes the terrorist attack on the bus which killed 8 persons as “appalling and regrettable”.  The dead included seniors and children.
The Director said “This should not be tolerated; the terrorism we live with must be stopped or it will reach the same levels as in Mexico and Brazil”.  Jorge Efin Cac, a taxi driver, lost his entire family in the
attack.  He buried his last child near the mother and two brothers this afternoon, and continues to be sedated by doctors.

State Investigators responded to resident’s calls of a gunman dumping a body in the street.  On arrival they found a 25 year old male, tortured and executed.

Hunt Continues in Nuevo León Shooting of Three Policemen

Three municipal policemen were ambushed while eating at a taqueria (taco stand) Monday  evening.  Two were killed immediately, and the third later died at the hospital.
